Not a clue. I don't think it is Malachite. It seems extraordinarily fragile and it almost seems to be a sheet mineral. The colour is predominantly brown-ish. In Johnpats photos it seemed bluish and in mine a bit greenish but it really is brown-ish.

The case on this watch is fabulous.
