Hi Henry!

Indeed very similar to a LR.

Look at the clasp, there´s actually to read "RADST(AR)".
Goldplated with diamonds? Surely Swarowskis. I don´t believe it´s a Rado - maybe the sheik hadn´t been as wealthy as it seemed.
