The Low to High Cable Fly is a great exercise for targeting your chest muscles. This exercise can be performed with either one or two cable machines, and allows you to adjust the weight and resistance to match your strength level. To begin, simply adjust the pulleys on the cable machine(s) to the lowest setting. Then, grip the handles and step forward so that your arms are extended in front of you at shoulder level. From here, slowly bring the handles together in a flying motion until they meet in the middle of your chest. Be sure to keep your elbows slightly bent throughout the movement.
